Today I spent revising key terms and questions. I also added to my Webliography and answered one of my key questions: how to rate depression. My favorite part of New York was being on top of the Empire State Building. I also liked roaming the city on my own.

Today, I thought of some questions that would be crucial in completing my Graduation Project. I finished those, uploaded them and looked into foods that would not only be healthy but be delicious too. It would be too hard to be on a diet when all the food is bland or just plain gross. If it is flavorful and exciting then it would be a piece of cake to stay on the diet.

Today we had a little less time, but I went through and found some more information on my topic. I also got looked up a few words that are crucial for my project. I will have a few more than 10, however.

May 5th

Today I organized my computer so I can effectively use my time to research. I downloaded Firefox and a number of add-ons to streamline the process. I also looked into my topic a bit and found that I may need to refine my paper a bit more and I found the DASS, so I can use that in my creative project. That's about it for today.

May 2nd

I didn't do anything really yesterday other than look up a small amount of information on my topic: A More Healthy Lifestyle and its Effects on Depression.

I didn't look up the correlation between the two, but I looked into how to lead a more healthy lifestyle and the physical and nutritional components of such a lifestyle.

Today I will think of how to refine my research paper and exactly what to write about.
