May 15th

Today, I thought of some questions that would be crucial in completing my Graduation Project. I finished those, uploaded them and looked into foods that would not only be healthy but be delicious too. It would be too hard to be on a diet when all the food is bland or just plain gross. If it is flavorful and exciting then it would be a piece of cake to stay on the diet.

May 5th

Today I organized my computer so I can effectively use my time to research. I downloaded Firefox and a number of add-ons to streamline the process. I also looked into my topic a bit and found that I may need to refine my paper a bit more and I found the DASS, so I can use that in my creative project. That's about it for today.

May 2nd

I didn't do anything really yesterday other than look up a small amount of information on my topic: A More Healthy Lifestyle and its Effects on Depression.

I didn't look up the correlation between the two, but I looked into how to lead a more healthy lifestyle and the physical and nutritional components of such a lifestyle.

Today I will think of how to refine my research paper and exactly what to write about.

April 30th

This is the first day of blogging and I started by narrowing down on what I wanted to do. I think I will do something physically oriented, similiar to Sam Smith's project, but I'd like to somehow link my work to depression. I also made my blog and am well on my way to continuing my graduation project.
